Is sesame oil better for you than olive oil?

Where should sesame oil be used? Can you use it in other recipes other than asian dishes?

Olive Oil is perfect for everything(I am not even Italian either), few people realize that in Ancient Hebrew/Aramaic the term they used for olive oil had 2 of God's names in it, they used it for anointing kings as well as Christ and the early Catholic church used the pits for prayer beads and Mary as well as Christ were in olive orchards when important things happened Mary visited by Gabriel and Christ taking on the sins of the world the night before he was crucified.  Olives are divine in origin even if you are secular you can not deny the healthiness of it.

olive oil is much healthier.i use extra dark sesame oil to fry chicken breast chunks with garlic to add to my Alfredo.

Not particularly, they have different qualities. Sesame oil is very good for your hair though! I know, random, but true.
