  2. Teens have always been promiscuous, it is due to puberty.  Society as a whole is to blame for teenage promiscuity, with the media (TV, magazines, films music etc) promoting this as a the ultimate choice in lifestyles.  s*x education is there to limited the damage cause by the values eschewed by this media, which in itself is a reflect of societal decadence.

s*x ed is there to give teenagers facts, about VD, about pregnancy about relationships in general.  just saying no ain't going to work if some role model rock star or actor shakes their 'booty' and tells the kids that to be like them they have to be sexually active.

So NO, s*x education DOES NOT PROMOTE TEENAGE PROMISCUITY, societal values allied to hormones do.

  3. No, I believe there are many causes to blame and the schools are just trying to make the best of things by teaching s*x ed. If kids chose to have s*x at least they'll be informed and smart enough to wear  protection.

  4. I learned s*x ed in second grade. I was in a German based school. Each year we would learn more. I will only have one partner my entire life my future husband who I will marry this January(I'm 21 and he is 22 done with college dating 4.5 years best friends 4 years before that yay). So yeah haha I think it does not promote it at all. I think its a personal choice and my decision to not have s*x with men was based on my own beliefs (not even religious ones at that). Plus I didn't want to be called a MOMMY hahahah before I was married. I already was called a **** and w***e in HS(virginal(in every way) ones are all the rage lol).
