  1. maybe your hypoglycemic?

i have type 1 diabetes and when my blood suger drops that happens, you dont have to be diabetic for this to happen. i would eat more carby foods like bread,a little bit of candy, pasta, when ever you start feeling that way. orange juice helps great.

  2. yes...if you drink coffee dont that can make it worse...if you havent seen a doctor i recomend it...

  3. maybe u were having seizures

  4. Yes you have chronic anxiety. The recommended action is posted on this website, http://www.wrc.net/wrcnet_content/encycl... .  You can take herbs and supplements to calm your brain/neurons because obviously they are overreacting to your environment. I also would encourage you to pray because that always works.

  5. yeah it can or you can have what michael j fox has

  6. It may be a neural problem, my husband shakes and I'm trying to get him to see a neurologist because it's genetic (his mom "shakes" and has to take meds for it).

Anxiety either makes it worse, is a byproduct of it, and or triggers it.  Please see a specialist about this.

  7. well i know when i have a panic attack i get real hot and shaky and cant stay still and it also hurts so bad my chest feels like its going to cave in or something its very scary so yea its the anxiety we have to learn to control it the way i handle it is by getting on the net and talking to someone as a distraction it always helps me

  8. hi, this is really anxiety .The best thing is to seek medical and psychological advice. There r good medicines in the market that help u IMPROVE your mental and physical condition.

  9. if you drink alot of caffein that will do it alot and make anxiety worse if you have it

  10. I suffered from severe anxiety and panic disorder for several years. I did have episodes of shaking and sleeplessness. My anxiety was so bad I would pass out. I know how you feel it can be very scary. All I can tell you is to try to calm down. Breath in through your nose and out through mouth slowly several times. Take your time concentrate on your breathing. I know the fear can be overwhelming. I also was on Xanax for a short time. Although it helped with the attacks, it is addictive so I used them sparingly. I have currently been free of attacks for about 3 years. I let go and let God. These attacks are stress related, when I let go of worrying about things I could not control I got better. Sometimes I feel like I am going to have one, but I have realize that this mostly occurs when I am tired. I go lay down and take a nap and I feel better. There to get some rest. I know it is easy to say and hard to do, but try it it may help. I will pray for you, I know how you feel.
