Sharm is soooo beautiful!!! My parents are from Egypt and we go here pretty much every year. It is such an amazing place on the Red Sea. It is considered the best area on the sea. There are many activities, and it won't feel like Cairo (a crowded and impacted city). Sharm is FULL of tourists, and it is visited all year. I would prefer going in the winter or spring because the weather is nicer, as in teh summer it gets SUPER hot!! There are alot of cultural shows you can see, and the hotels are luxurious. The beaches are great too! Try to go parasailing if you go, I went at Sharm and it was a great experience..I hope Sharm is your dream come true for your honeymoon!

It is a beautiful place. If you want an unforgettable honeymoon I recommend the Reef Oasis Beach Resort. I am married to an Egyptian & we honeymooned there, truely this is one of the best hotels in Sharm. We had a beautiful suite with flowers & a basket of fruit sent to the room every couple of days at no extra cost. The staff made us feel so special, that we felt as though we were the only two staying at the resort.

They have an animation team for daily & nightly activities/entertainment, though the complex is so big & there are bars & restaurants scattered around to choose from. They also have a nightclub come disco that is close to the beach & considerably away from the rooms, it has a balcony all around so you can sit under the moon & stars.

There are five pools to choose from, you will always find one with just a few people lazing around. It has it's own beach with views of Tiran Island & the mountains, it's breathtaking.

You can only book All inclusive basis, which is exactly what it is 24hrs a day. If you miss breakfast it's not a problem because you can go to another restaurant & have something to eat later in the day.. You can eat & drink all day & night if you wish.

If you want a memorable honeymoon this is my recommendation.

Although we live & work in Sharm my husband & still stay  there every year for our wedding anniversary(just for 5 days) & the staff & service are still first class!
