Is she being fake and playing me?

I have a girlfriends that says that she will there for me always and that will never hurt me , BUT most of the time will act shallow, annoyed or avoid me completely at work. Whats going on and what should I do?

First talk to her about it. Then if it doesn't change then dump her and get urself a girl that will appreciate you.

actions speak louder than words. she can say all those sweet things but that doesn't matter since she doesn't act right.
