shes 5 foot 8 inches and 190 lbs

if she is over 16, i dont think its a problem. shes tall, so her weight is equally distributed.

im 16, 5'6 and 200 pounds.

shes not obese but shes a litile over weight if she weighed 150 are less she would be at a healthy weight are you could just type in bmi on yuor computer and find out your self

Overweight by the BMI  but that also depends on her frame.

By her BMI she is overweight but not obese.

Check a look at a bmi calculator and work it out yourself.
