Is shopping on ebay safe?

pay through paypal.com, and your insured. so if they dont send it   you get your money back!

Did you email the seller to ask if he or she has sent out ur item(s)? Leave a negative comment if the seller didnt send you the item(s) you bought.

No. I've never had any problems. I've bought a few things -not expensive stuff though- and I've used it for the last two years or so without any problem. I have one advice though, it's better to have a credit card with a small credit line (like $500) max just in case, even though you might not be liable for any fraud anyway.
