  1. Not after the first trimester. It puts too much strain on your back.


  2. when i was pregnant i was told that doing sit-ups were not advised as you are putting strain on your back and uterus as you would be tighting the muscles in your tummy................. just double check with your dock but i wouldn't advise  

  3. Not too sure but common sense tells me -- PROB NOT A GOOD IDEA. Since straining or too much pressure down there can put baby at risk.

  4. I bought a dvd, pilates for pregnancy.  I would consult with your doctor first before you do it.  But, I am sure he will give you the ok.  At Target they have a whole section of workout videos, like yoga and all that good stuff for pregnant women.  Have fun!
