Is skim boarding hard?

i am thinking of getting a skimboard? can u help me choose one i am 13

will learning to skim board help me learn to skateboard?

it's not hard to learn but it's like anything it takes practice

wow um skate boarding and skimboarding? well, both need a lot of balance, but I'm good at skimming and suck at skateboarding + my skateboard hates me um...jk, but I say this whenever I answer ppl's questions, but for a beginner, I would recommend the Zap Bat board which you ca nfind on Zzap's website. i have it and have loved it for a very long time...Hope I helped and good luck skimboarding.
