  5. No, sleep paralysis isn't as much fun.

  6. no.

Sleep paralysis is your body not responding to your brain telling it to move, this is natural to some degree as you don't want to be moving around in your sleep.  But it can actually continue sometimes when some people are awake, and that can lead to a lot of stress.

Morning wood is when a man has an erection around the time that he wakes up. This is very common, and happens to most men at least some of the time.  This is primarily just an involuntary biological effect of the male reproductive system.

  7. Not really. Sleep paralysis is where it seems your whole body is rigid. Morning wood is where only one part of the body is rigid. :)

  8. No.

Sleep paralysis from the fact that, while you dream you are paralysed, otherwise you would be walking around, banging into things, while you dream. Note that this mechanism turned off is not usually why  people sleepwalk. Sometimes you are conscious, your eye may even be open, buy you can't move. this is because your body hasn't turned off the dream paralysis when you  wake up. It is a pain in the neck, and can be quite scary if you don't know what is happening to you.

Morning wood on the other hand, or Nocturnal penile tumescence, often occurs during  REM sleep, the part of sleep thought to be when you most often dream. It may be a semi-wet dream, that wasn't enough to cause an o****m, but enough to cause turgidity in the p***s, that is give an erection, pop a *****,  and any other ways of saying it you care to name.

  9. rofl no

  10. LOL. Sleep paralysis and morning wood are completely unrelated. SP is when the person (male or female) is unable to move shortly after wakening. Morning wood is a male waking up with erection.
