  1. yeah its fine some people work at night and sleep during the day but a nap is good for you it helps your body rejuvinate.


  2. if you're tired, yes. it helps refresh your body, and strengthen your immune system. but if you're not tired, and you take a nap, it won't do anything for you..

  3. i take naps all the time and im perfectly fine and i get all my energy back for whenever i go out at night.

  4. Yea it's fine, it can mess up your sleeping pattern at night if you do it often enough, but it can't harm you or anything.  It gives you an energy boost and usually when you wake up you're happier! :) ~~

  5. There is nothing really unhealthy about it but it may throw off your body clock and you may not be able to sleep during the night. If you are really tired and have missed out on sleep at night for some reason then its ok. But when I wasnt tired in the holidays I couldnt get to sleep till 4am its the worst feeling and it creates stress.

  6. Sleep is always good for you....Just as long as it doesn't last all day. An hour is a pretty good nap during the day.  

  7. Yep. A nap refreshes you.
