  1. U should sleep only for 6 hours...................................... if u continuously u will b fat


  2. unless you super super super exhausted then its all cool, but if you just feel lazy and just wanna sleep then thats cool also, so its not that bad unless you wake up not feeling refreshed, its best to see a doctor then.

  5. The only time you need to sleep 12 hours is if your ill and your body needs to regenerate itself. Otherwise 12 hours of sleep could be a sign of illness like depression or something like that.

  6. sleeping too long will in fact make you more sleepy

  7. Sleeping too long will just make you tired and then you will want to sleep all day.

  8. emm.. i don't think its bad but you actually are more sleepy when you wake up

  9. yeah pretty much is not good unless you are sick or on some kind of prescribed drugs that make you sleep
