Is sleeping with your cousins girlfriend unethical?

Random question, this isn't about me so don't think it is. I have a friend and he's cousins girlfriend has been hitting on him for a while, and this friend is now starting to think about going ahead with it. Lets say he does, would that be bad considering were both mature and its just natural?

yes.  His loyalty is to his cousin.  He needs to tell her to back off.  If she finishes with cousin and then starts hitting on him, then that might be different, but don't think cousin would be pleased either way.

If the girl is hitting on him he should tell the cousin about it and the two of them need to get rid of the girl and be cousins.

It's called cheating. And yes, it IS unethical. If they were both single, then it would be okay, as long as you don't mind the fact that most churches have a thing against premarital s*x. But, if he wants to do it and hurt his cousin, then let him make his own mistake. And dude, use a condom.
