Except from Mexico City, all other places in Mexico allow smoking in every bar or nightclub

yes! it is like stepping back 30 yrs....no seat belt laws...it is wonderful, people can still control  what the can do...they have great respect and  love of family and the government trusts it's people not like America and Canada....where we are too stupid to know what is right lol

Ya know they tried here in Acapulco to pass that law and it failed - thank god !!!!    Light'em up !!!!

They are not allowed by law, but there is no law enforcement so no one cares. If you smoke you'll be fine, but if you don't like the smoke, you'll hate it.
