I know you can't smoke in restaurants/bars in NJ, but can you smoke in casinos? I think the original law exempted casinos, but has that been changed?

  1. You can smoke in casinos in New Jersey, but the Anti-Smoking n***s have already bitten.  You can't smoke in poker rooms, and are pretty much regulated to marked areas on the floor.

  2. yes it is allowed

  3. i dont think sooooo

  4. i think you cant and they have smoking areas or rooms

  5. The original law exempted casinos in AC, you are correct. I'm not sure exactly when they decided to override that exemption, but since i've been there, you DEFINITELY can't smoke just any ol'  place you want like before.  So yes you can smoke indoors, but there are only certain areas in which you can smoke.  Not cool...it's a friggin casino, kids shouldn't be there anyway.
