Is smoking more typical among women of particular ethnic groups?

I've tried looking up stats regarding this question. I guess the question would be better asked, "Is smoking more typical among women in particular countries"

This site may help a little it lines out the demographics of smokers in the US by race, s*x, and education level. Some of the findings are actually pretty interesting.

In Romania - yeah, we tend to smoke "like turks".  Which is a bad thing if you know our history.

in a certain race no i don't think so but i know that there is more women smokers than men period

I don't know about that.  Around here though more women smoke than men, the men tend to dip though.  As for me, I roll my own cigs.lol
