Is some dishonesty OK in business????plzzz help this is my debate topic and im talkin FOR the topic

if you are dishonest to customers while selling... then it light out for your business.. but if the customer is irritated about not receiving service in a specified time duration then being dishonest (giving some xyz reason) wont bring harm to anyone.....

umm yeah its okay

because some people need to be dishonest to expand their business

also get customers for their business by just faking a relationship with the customer

I would say it depends on what your business is.  

If you're in a customer service related field, dishonesty might be okay if you don't want to offend your customer.

Define Dishonesty. It means, not honest as well as, untrustworthy and deceitful (Merriam- Webster Dictionary). Business depends on absolute honesty. Without it, all will be chaos. Today's mess in the home morgage business is a result of dishonesty of both the lenders and the borrowers. Our prisons are populated with dishonest people.

It's also not OK in academia either (that means cheating on homework!).
