Solution: Grab your member from the base and slide to the tip but have a tissue ready for 3-4 drops, repeat then you'll be dry :D

Here's how to get the last drops out easily. As soon as you think you are done, reach the fingers of one hand down to the tube right beneath the testicles and push up and in on the shaft once or twice. This will push any remaining urine out. With some practice you will become good at it and nobody will notice you doing it, even in a public toilet.
