  1. Well, it depends.

First, before you bid you need to carefully read the desciption. If the item is supposed to work, then it should work.

If not you contact him only via your MY EBAY, and tell him about it.

If he won't fix the issue then contact ebay and paypal.

Do not leave negative feedback unless it's the last resource. Once you do that he won't want to cooperate with you anymore.

IS the xbox for 150 bucks legite? How much feedback does the guy have? Is it good feedback? If he has over 50 points then it should be ok... you can ask for more pics via email if you want or more details, if he is just out to scam people most likely he won't put in the effort.

Careful, my friend's friend, bought an XBOX BOX. That's right! He bought the box only for over 100 bucks.

  2. not for the 1st gen console. That thing burns holes into your games if you bump it slightly

  3. i'D HAVE TO BUST THEM IN DA HEAD.

  4. Depends on the sellers terms and condition in the auctions. Sellers do have the option to make a sale final however if they do allow refunds most will not refund your shipping charges and with a heavy item like a 360 I'm sure the shipping will be a pretty penny.

Me personally I would stay away, the too good to be true price sets off enough warning bells but buying used can be a major headache if you don't know the full history of the item.

How long has the buyer already had the system - do it still qualify for a manufacturers repair under warranty incase it breaks down - and EVERYONE knows how often that happens with 360 - if it doesn't you'll have to PAY Microsoft to fix your console and from what I hear it's worth your while to just buy a new system rather than to pay them to fix an old one.

Is the system even in working condition? Has it been previously repaired, does it have a history of problems?

Has the seller comprimised the manufacturers warranty in any way? Modifying the console and or doing "home made DIY" repairs for errors like Red Ring Of Death void your warranty and Microsoft will not repair your console for any reason?

Has the console been modified - have they had a chip to read illegal backups added to it?

Will you be receiving all of the components and accessories.. it would be pretty useless to receive a unit without a power source, AV cables and controllers.. all of which will cost you upwards of $40 each to replace.

And does it include one of the most important original components of all - the orginial hard drive? Many people cheat and remove the hard drives before selling their consoles - a new hard drive can cost as much as $120!! And removal of the hard drive is also a comprimse to the warranty.

All in all - remember if it's too good to be true it usually is but if you can't resist just remember with any product you buy...

    BUYER BEWARE!
