Is something wrong with my BLOOD?

Question

There are these TINY red dots appearing in random spots on my arms; mostly my left arm. There are about 12 or so distributed across my left arm, and about 3 or 4 on my right. They are the size of a pen point. When I push on them hard enough, they disappear for a few seconds and come back in a brighter red color, which I'm assuming is new blood.

Is there a name for this, and has anyone experienced something similar?

Petichia...its little bleeds under skin.  Usually caused by taking too much aspirin or any other anti-platelet drug or Ibuprofen.  Also if someone was grabbing you too hard can cause this.
