Is something wrong with yahoo 360?

When I get notices that I have mail from my 360, I am unable to see or retrieve them.Also not getting comments on the page either.

You're not alone!  Most of the time I can't see new comments on my page.  Once in awhile in the morning they are there, then I look again and they are gone, and it goes back to a very specific old post from many days ago.  New messages that come into my 360 mailbox also vanish when this happens.  The new messages come and go, but mostly I can't see anything new.  I had a new invite, but that disappeared too.  It's nearly impossible to get to people's blogs, and if you succeed at that (after several tries) it's equally as impossible to post a comment.  Sometimes if you keep trying, it can be done.  

I'm very frustrated too... just waiting for this transition to happen, because I know they aren't bothering to fix the problems with 360 anymore.  I'm ready and anxious to see what 360 is evolving into, and let's get done with it already.  We 360 users have been left hanging here for so long.

Yes. It's a recent glitch that I think many people are experiencing. You can read my sarcastic blog on the subject here:

You may be able to try some of my old techniques, get some new ideas on how to get to those messages or you will just have to wait out the situation.

You can try deleting comments/messages and it may appear successful, but it will likely return the next day at certain times.

I'm not sure if it's temporary or not, but...

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it.

Thank you for just answering my Q on this. I wanted to let you know that Yahoo did contact me and told me that they are coming out with a new interface soon and it would be "similar" to 360*. I was really ticked that I couldn't get to any of my messages and let them know it. I was also worried about all the friends on my 360*. They said you will NOT lose all your contacts and friends because they will provide a way for you to easily transfer them all over to the new interface.

That made me feel much better. So hopefully they will introduce this "new interface" soon so that we can continue to stay in contact with all our friends there.
