Is soy(soya) edible raw?

Also is soy flour edible raw. I was planning to use it in a raw bread recipe(with dehydrator) for increase in protien. would that be ok to eat since the soy won't be cooked?

Yeah, it will be fine. Soy doesn't need to be cooked prior to eating.

Soy is edible raw- like edamame.  Soy flour will have already been "cooked" during processing.
