Is spaghette any good?

im on a diet and was wondering if it would be okay for dinner?

  1. spaghetti is good for you to eat because it has carbs. When your on a diet it is good to eat healthy, not count carbs. Just make sure you have the right size portion and it is a good thing to eat.

  4. spaghetti is good, but not if you're on a diet. You could use whole grain pasta instead of the regular kind, and instead of ground beef, use ground turkey, pork, or chicken.  Go easy on the cheese topping if you use that, and watch your portion size, and it can still be a healthy meal, Add a salad and you're good to go.

  6. It's alright...You should use whole grain spaghetti though because the regular stuff has no nutritional value in a diet.

    I would also recommend that you only eat it like once a week because it will make you fat if you eat it everyday :)

    The tomato sauce is good for you though.

  7. If you are on a diet, you should only eat whole wheat spaghetti with a natural tomato sauce and pay attention to your serving size.   "regular pasta" is refined flour and not considered diet friendly.

  10. It would be ok with a marinara, (no cheese) just a small portion.

  11. If you're on a diet, than I suggest that you use whole wheat pasta, and marinara(red, not white)sauce or pesto. Skip the cheese, and if you want meatballs, try the meatless ones.

    Eat only one portion.

  14. not if you're watching carbs.  There are "healthy" wheat pastas out now, but they don't taste as good, and are too hard.....  Try putting your spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash, instead of noodles
