  1. It is not ruled by Juanito, but by a Parlament called Congress of Nation Deputies.

He kept(was ratified) the official position of Chief of State or Presidential role.

While he doesn't decide Policy,he must ratify as Head of the Executive.

The heir of the Kingdom/nation created by his ancestors.Portugal and others were lost, long before him.

Hopefully they dont lose Catalunya or the Basque land by outdated conceptions of Statehood.

He is a fine Sovereign and Lord worthy of following, better than many of his grandparents.

Edit_the spanish kingdoms never held a 'Majesty' honor as all their kings were always understood stemming from below, elevated to the rank of"Heighness".This was true even in the Habsburgs Imperial days. The 'Majesty' is foreign to Castile,Aragon,et cetera, the United Spain(without Portugal).

Majesty is a foreign affection from the french Bourbonnes
