Is <span title="www.americancareersagency.com">www.americancareersagency...</span> a legalised company or a scam.?

i received a mail from my friend working in the agency and they asked me to pay in some money so that they can process my documents to come and join them. but i am very that they may want to scam me. pls help

The website sounds an awfully lot like a scam, I have to admit. When I attempt to access the website now, I get a message stating that the account has been suspended, which probably means that the company that rented the website to &quot;American Careers Agency&quot; realized it was a scam and shut them down. Tell your friend no, in my opinion.
