  3. I'm Filipino and the language is called tagalog and it has spanish influences and it is still spoken although english is the second language there and is spoken quite a bit.

  4. No, the official languages are Filipino and English, but Filipino uses a lot of Spanish loan words. Yes, of course there are optional courses in it.

  5. Not anymore, but it was. Spanish speakers in the Philippines may have probably sticked to their Spanish heritage, or are possibly just people who took Spanish language courses for career purposes.
