Is spearmint tea made from natural mint leaves?

is it the same as boiling mint leaves? or does it contain another herb?

if so, is it dried or green mint leaves?

as far as I know, it is.  Although some tea is flavored with mint, so it contains black tea and mint leaves.

you really need to check the ingredients of a box to make sure it is all mint leaves or black tea flavored with mint.

in addition, some mint tea also has other herbs like hibiscus or chamomile in it.
