Yes, Special Forces training is extremely hard in any branch of the military. That is why they're considered special forces. Being selected to undergo the training is one of the most difficult tasks many who tried will ever do. Let alone completing the training and being considered an elite member of the military. Also training is never over, in special forces you spend most of your career training over and over day in day out physically and mentally one of the toughest jobs on earth. But for those who choose that path they are greatly rewarded. If it's something you're willing to put into you can do it. That HARDEST part is the mental aspect, conquer that and you will succeed.
