Is spinal stenosis common in people with ms? what treatments are available?

would i treat each dx separately or together?

I think they are separate. My mom has spinal stenosis. She had a shot of cortizone, or she could have had an operation to repair the disks, but it is high risk and not a great success rate. I think most treatments are pain management and maybe occupational therapy.
