Is spring water safe?(the runs bellow)lol?

I live in Australia and today I drank Frantelle all natural spring water.

Then I had the runs..pretty bad..so bad water came out with it...I guess it was the spring water.I felt pretty nauseous while um...passing lol..I was really thirsty so I just drank heaps just then...I don't feel sick yet..so...anyway my question is: is water from a spring generally safe?

No,although some people drink from a spring without having any problems.Some digestive systems are very sensitive to even the tiniest amount of bacteria so that's why your system rejected it.Always drink bottled water!

Well I don't recommend drinking tons of water from springs because if one thing of bacteria gets to your spring water your um runs will get a lot more uh bad lol.
