Is standard of living in Singapore as good as that of Mumbai?

A lot of my friends said it's pretty dirty there in China.

Standard of living in Singapore is way way much better than mumbai. Yes, its as crowded, but its very very clean here. Although, cost of living in Singapore is very high...N what gives you the idea Singapore is part of china? haha... its a country on its own. For your info, Singapore is a beautiful country, way above the Asian countries. No way can you compare it with mumbai or china. The place and the country speaks for itself. Such a beautiful clean country is Singapore!

Singapore has a world-wide reputation of being a clean city and Mumbai...........well........let's just say that Mumbai would never come top in a 'clean city' survey!

PS - a handy thing to have is an atlas, or failing that google-earth.  If you'd checked either before posting, you would see why everyone is amazed at your lack of geographical knowledge.

Please, go travel Singapore at least once - one day will be more than enuff...

The only relationship between china and s'pore is: the chinese race in singapore, most of their grand-parents were came from China in early 1900. When they now go to china, at the china custom check, they have to queue up in the line under "foreigner".

Hope you know what i mean.

And, it is quite far between china and s'pore - please refer to Atlas.
