Is star wars the force unleashed going to be onkine multiplayer or will it just be single player?

No, there won't be any online multiplayer. It will only be single-player for all consoles except for wii, an psp. In the wii version, you can play single-player, and play duel mode, head-to-head, only for two players, but you can't play  against computer. In the psp version, I don't know how that works, i guess 4 psps conneceted to each other or on some device, it will also have single-player. There are rumors that patches will come out later for ps3 and xbox 360 for online multiplayer or just duel mode.
