Is starch and flour heterogeneous or homogeneous mixture?

  1. There are separate grains of starch and flour, so how could it be homogeneous?

    We only call a mixture homogeneous when mixing takes place at the molecular level.

    I appreciate your gratitude, but if there is a God, I am sure he has more important things to do than bless me for telling you this.


  2. both are same, technically.

    strach is more refined and Flour is more rustic, in terms of homogenity in the chemical composition.

    no reaction for sure, just a mixture.

  3. If you mix them together thoroughly and grind them to a uniform particle size, it's pretty homogeneous.
