If you would be so kind to me, Would you please teach me whether stock of Diethelm Keller Group (Diethelm) is traded in SWX Swiss Exchange or not?

Reason of asking of the teaching:

I would like to know whether the Diethelm operates as a stock-company or non-stock-company.

I searched the Diethelm’s website, www.diethelmkeller.com, and other the Diethelm’s websites* for 30 minutes until 15 minutes ago, but could not find- investor relations information about the Diethelm- at the search.
