Is stopsmokinghereford website text copied from another site?

I have just found a website about stopping smoking but their text looks like it been copied from another site, therefore they don't seem genuine. Why copy text from another site, they seem bogus to me?

If it seems that it has been plagiarised, it may have well been. Unless the other site is sister site to the original.

Not necessary.  I write articles and I sell them, say 50 copies to 50 people.  These are called PLR.  Some people will rewrite them so its original.  Others just copy.  So that may explain why there are many duplicate copies of the same article.
