Is streetglow illegal in Maryland?

i know red and blue are illegal but like are hot pink, green, white, amber, purple? for the underside of the car

From what i've researched, most states prohibit the use of neon lights UNLESS they bulbs/tube itself is not visible. They can't be red but blue is ok. If all you can see is the glow of the neon then it is ok.
