Yes it is!!  It's very important to put that on your resume.

Since you gained teaching experience and it was a work experience for you, I would place it under both. That's what I did for my resume - I just tried to word it slightly different under each section.

Yes it is ..anything that you have done that involves direct instrucution or work with children is good experience for a teaching job.  Working at camp or teaching Sunday School, the YMCA etc all count and you should list all of them.
