is subway good for u?

idk it seems to good to be true but i still eat it

i get the chicken breast on Italian herb and cheese with lettuce, cheese, and southwest chipotle

is that healthy ?

  5. Subway is good for you, but the meat is high in sodium.  Plus, its best not to eat mayo, replace it with honey mustard or lite mayo if you must have mayo.  My favorite is a cold cut on honey oat, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and light mayo...but I'm thinking of trying honey mustard.

  8. It depends on what you get.  What you get sounds healthy.  Try to stay away from the honey mustard, mayo, and double meat.  Those can be high in calorie.  Other than that, subway is good for you.

  14. Better than other fast food....Stay away from the mayo and cheese and non-wheat or non-whole graind breads (no white bread)... No bacon.... All the veggies are good for you.

  15. The Italian bread in my opinion is the best tasting bread, but most likely the least healthy bread. I would get the wheat.

    Other than that though, it seems fine. As long as it's not the ONLY thing you eat, 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. You need to get some variety.

    But if you mean is that healthier than a couple of big macs at Mickey D's, then yes, of course.
