i eat subway alot. is it fatning. i get

bread - italian herb and cheese

chicken breast

extra american cheese

lettuce,,tomato,onion,greenpepper,bana...

chipotle southwest

i eat tht almost everyday. should i cut back or am i good

  1. subway sandwiches have alot of calories! It's not bad in moderation but that's like everything else like McDonalds, Wendy's, checkers, anything!


  2. a sandwich with only the barebones, meat, veggies, low fat cheese is okay i guess...maybe the extra cheese you can do away with, and switch to wheat bread.

  4. You're good. Subway half sandwiches only have about 6 grahams of fat. Especially if you stick to the chicken b*****s. Those are really healthy. Get lots of veggies and go with light dressing.

    No it is not, they use processed meat. Look at their veg its totally oversized. Its just like any other place, cheap products. Sandwichs dont even cost that much either.

  9. italian bread is fattening and not too good for you... i'd cut back if i were you and get this instead, this is what i get about every friday but i exercise and eat healthy throughout the week, hence my 6-pack:

    wheat bread, salami & cheese, chicken breats strips, TOASTED, lettuce & tomato, olive oil & vinegar, salt & pepper.

    Enjoy! It's really good but at the same time, watch your weight if you get it almost every week...

  11. Cut back,the first item you mentioned was bread! If it's the toppings you like,keep them.Just put them in a nice filling salad,all the meats and cheese you want.You'll see
