  1. Mainly if you stick with the vegetable sandwich on a whole wheat sub, that's the best.

But not all those salami meats, ect.

  2. subway is the healthiest for fast food

but a healthier idea is to make your own lunch before you go to bed

  3. Besides Subway, I'd say McDonald's is the next best place believe it or not.  They sell good salads and bottled waters, low-fat yogurts, and other healthy items...it's pretty good.

  4. i can't imagine eating only subway and losing weight, but maybe in moderation.

  5. I'd say that's probably good.  I mean it's healthy for fast food, but i'd say it's healthier to go to your local deli and order that sandwich.

  6. Hole-in-the-wall restaurants in your current city are normally good places to get healthy and good food. They might not be much on the inside, but they generally are in business because they are good at what they do.

  7. compeared with burger , yeah it is

  8. i won't be that bad for you, but it's still bad because the bread has a lot of added calories, fat and carbs.

  9. ARE YOU KIDDING... PROCESSED BREAD AND PROCESSED CHEESE, NOT TO MENTION THE SODIUM SOAKED SLABS OF WHAT THEY CALL MEAT???

MAYBE IF U THROW THE BREAD AWAY, TOSS THE MEAT, WIPE OFF THE MAYO FROM THE LETTUCE AND VEGGIES AND EAT ONLY THEM...MAYBE THEN??

IF U MUST GO FAST FOOD, TRY THE SOUP PLANTATION AND CREATE YOUR OWN.  GOOD LUCK.

  10. yes is is, but what makes it a heavier meal are the sauces you get on your sandwich.

Jimmy Johns, Herbert and Gerberts, Panera Bread-although I am not sure if that's really fast food. Any place that is not deep fried and such. But anything in moderation should be fine too!

  11. try some restaurant has their special menu all vegy

  12. chowking

  13. yeah as long as you ask for light mayo

  14. only if you get the good stuff

  15. did anyone not read her original question? she said no cheese and there will be no mayo. subway is healthier then most options, but you should switch the honey mustard to regular mustard.

  16. Does a bear not **** in the woods, does a pope not pray in the church.

  17. Ask Jared.

  18. Yeah- what you are getting sounds good. I would def. steer clear of the pizza sub, meatball sub and the mayo and oil. Veggie subs are pretty good too- you just have to watch the bread because of the carbs.

I would say any any place with grilled chicken and low fat salads- I would go onto different websites and check the fat content. Happy Eating!

  19. Subway is good for you if you go for low in fat items like you were seggesting. Dont listen to some people that are sounding like not to eat meat or anything their idea of fast food is the grass lawn in front of their house. LOL. JK, I think that what ever works for you do it.

  20. 5,

    5 dollar,

    5 dollar foot long!!!

    Even ask Jared.

  21. Nah.  No matter how healthy fast food places claim their food is, none of them are really any good for you.  They're OK if you forgot your lunch, but most food you buy from fast food places are loaded with unhealthy, but tasty, ingredients.  You should just pack a lunch.  People might make fun of you a little for bringing your own lunch, but they're probably the way you're trying to not be...fat and unhealthy.

  22. Subway = fast food. Fast food = junk food. What do you think?

  23. i dont know but i hate how they gang up on mcdonalds out of all the fast food places out there like its the baddest one of them all

  24. more so than anyother fast food

but its not really as healthy as they make it sound

  25. not many...

  26. yes, yes it is.

  27. Try the Salads at McDonalds...personally I hate

fast foods but these salads are GOOD.

  28. You should be alright with that example you provided. I always try to stick with what ever is on the napkin (6 grams of fat and under). Subway can be a very healthy choice depending on what you add to it, however, there are some sandwiches on the menu that are truly worse then getting a #1 from McDonalds. Here's a page that really helped me on deciding what to eat at fast food restruants. I hope this helps!

  29. No not at all bread is not good for you anyway, the mayo is not good it has salt in it and salt hold water. So, that means weight gain the luncheon meat on the subs are not good either once again they have salt plus Luncheon meat also can cause head aches because they are cured they contain nitrates. and you know what nitrates do they dilate the blood vessels which means big time head pain so no Subway is not good maybe a Subway salad is good

  30. no

the most i ever weighed was because of subway!

  31. The food they sell is better than other fast food restaurants.

But, the problem is the employees on some of the Subways in NYC, they are not very clean and if they drop your cheese on the floor, they will probably put it back in your sandwich.

Be alert when they make your sandwich.
