  1. LMAO - they're both the same thing.  If you read diet anything - it's got no sugar.   Stick to natural foods - fruits and veggies.  Dried fruits.  Veggies with a small amount of dip.  Salt-free is better than sugar free.  Avoid carbs.  They may say sugar free on the boxes, but see the amount of carbs in it.  Anything over 17 grams of carbohydrates will just turn to sugar in your bloodstream so you might as well eat sugar packets.


  2. Neither!  All of that stuff is chemicals and not good for you! Try eating natural foods or the real thing in small amounts.

  3. i agree eat natural, way better, anything reduced fat or low sugar e.t.c has lots of chemicals in it which are so bad for you. eat natural foods, cook from scratch e.t.c

  4. sugarless and diet drinks are bad for you because the sugar is substituted with chemicals that can be harmful. no one knows that these chemicals could cause cancer or something if too much is consumed. plus studies show that these "diet" drinks cause people to gain weight even more than a regular soda.  

  5. natural is wayyy better but if you had to choose, I'd say diet food. Usually, sugar free things have sugar alcohol and it can do weird stuff to your stomach and give you really bad cramps.
