  1. yes and no.

it is said that there is too much iron in some sushi, like tuna for instance. But taken in respectable portions it is extremely good for you.

the Omega3 fatty acids in fish have many health benefits.

    they-

Decrease risk of sudden death and arrhythmia

    Decrease thrombosis (blood clot)

    Decrease triglyceride levels

    Decrease growth of atherosclerotic plaque

    Improve arterial heart health

Lower blood pressure, less heart stress

and Overall decrease in heart disease.

and sushi happens to be extremely tasty(:

    i hope this helped.

  2. sure, just look at my gut

  3. Sushi may seem that is healthy, but unfortunately it is not. First of all sushi has mercury in it and that is very bad for you. Also, any sushi that says it is tempura fried or has cream cheese in it has calories that skyrocket!!!! On the other hand, California rolls are good for you because they do not have any of the qualities listed above. I love sushi but eat it only once in a while.

  4. don't listen to the people who said it is bad but yess it has a bit of sodium in it not always good but if ur not eating it evey single day it is fine also depends on what you get there are lots that are deep fried but if its a treat it is 100% healthy compared to a fast food place...but majority of it is very healthy and lean the rice is good.the sea weed the lean fish and veggies fish is good for u its also one sushi roll is not big and it fills me up i guess it all depends on what u choose and how much you eat

  5. someone told me the seaweed is bad or rotten so just to be on the safe side i don't eat it....^_^
