  1. if its tempura fried- no its unhealthy

    if its just fish- yes its healthy

    take home if healthy... dont if unhealthy

    remember: if you take it home make sure you eat it within a day or else it will go bad

  3. Sushi is very healthy, and you could take it home just put it in the fridge right away.

  4. sushi is healthy in a way, because it gives you plenty of omega3, and isn't very fattening or anything, so yes it is good for you....but it can also make you sick, you'll notice on the bottom of the menu of any place that serves sushi it states that eating raw fish can be harmful blah blah blah...it could contain bacteria due to the fact that it hasn't been cooked, so its kind of eat at your own risk.

  5. it depends on the type... they do have sushis filled with deep fried chicken and stuff, although the amount of chicken in there aint that much to really be that bad for you.

    But generally yes it's healthy

  6. Sushi is extremely healthy and while it is true that it doesn't "keep" long, you can take it with you if you keep it refrigerated and eat it in a couple hours.  It also depends on if it is the raw fish sushi or if it is just some cooked crab meat or vegetable sushi.  

    Of course there are food scares in abundance but most of that is miniscule and politically motivated.  My solution is just not to eat too much of anything...eat moderately.

    I've eaten sushi for years and have never gotten sick from it.  (That wasabi, pickled ginger  and saki kills any bacteria and it tastes good too!  A little wine is good for the stomach but not too much.  The Japanese have discovered a wonderful thing!)

  7. I know that the blow fish sushi can be very poisonous if its cut the wrong way, so be careful ordering that.

  8. umm i used to eat it and all fish for 30 years i live in hawaii.. i dont eat much any more. because i dont beleive its healthy anymore you can get parasites high colesterol and mercury poisoning your skin could breakout too my colesterol like my husband and sons are great now at 35 50 and 53 yrs what gives you the omega3 is what the fish ate most likely so go for the miso soup and if you stick to what your people ate thats what will agree with you and yes take it home and treat the cat ok soulbabe7

  9. sushi is very health it has a lot of omega oil that are good for the body no proction needed really...just dont eat to much horse rasdish

  10. sushi is a lot healthier than what most restaurant serve. it's simple food: rice, seafood, and veggies; not a lot of additives. however it's not as healthy as most people think. white rice has a lot of sugar in it.
