  1. Anytime I see "Develop", or "Developer", I am suspicious. Developer usually means an organization that wants to make money maximizing growth.

Environmentally, the least growth the better. What we need is a long period of zero growth combined with pollution reduction and population reduction. We need to slow down. We have paved paradise to long.

  2. Yes. You are correct.

  3. Sustainable development is what keeps people keeping on.  What it really means is not only providing for those here now but for the future.  McDonald's has sustainable development and I don't see them exploiting anyone or anything.  Just the opposite in fact they tend to teach young people about having a job.  So are you against preparing for tomorrow?

  4. Everything is about greed when you get up to the top.

  5. Um... seriously it depends on the meaning of the word.

If you mean - putting some thought into a structure so it better meets a broad range of needs of the people who will inhabit... and in addition promotes values we consider good for people and the planet - like "liveability" or good health, safe streets, opportunities to ditch the car, etc....

Look, what is bothersome is that certain pundits like to lump all these words into a negative category and attempt to construct some type of neo-liberal hippie boogie man to scare us all into thinking "right".

    You dig?

  6. aye, the only sustaining on a capitalist's mind is his lavish lifestyle

    it's just corporate PR bolox
