ok i like to swim and i also like to weight lift. i dont neccserly want huge mucles i want like toned mucles where you can see the definiction like the lines n **** and want the abs. im really fit so im thinking is swimming more for me.if i freestyle (front stroke) 500yrds a day 20yrd laps then 500yrds brest stroke 20yrds laps and 200yrd backstroke how long till i see 100%results.the reason i like swimmign is becasue it like keeps me fit and i read it gets me mucles, even though i like weight lifting the thing is i dont wnna get huge so if i swim the way i described will it be beter then weight lfiting for me and how long (months) till i see max results like in months
