  1. sure you can evade bullets under water, but usually I just wait until they surface and turn their head into a pink mist.  If they happen to stay under, then I just wait for them at their car and kill them there.

  2. i don't know....it might be a good way....but it also might be a good way of being killed too.......

.....and when will you have to evade machine gun bullets?????

  3. Dont bet on this skill in times of peace. If you have done bad things and running away from thugs or police, you would be quite breathless by the time you dive into the deep water, so it wont work. But in times of war, scouting parties  have been known to survive by  using straws or pipes to stay safe from enemy soldiers passing close by.

More practical examples of this skill are::  in oil fires in large ships, rescuing someone entangled in fishing nets or recovering items/drowning swimmer  in deep water, the ability to have a long breath-hold and high-level skill of swimming underwater would be useful.

    Hope the tips help....

  4. there would only need to be about 10 feet of water in between you and the gun to be safe

if at an angle, then you could be close to the surface

if being shot at from above

then u should go at least to feet down

u could probably hold ur breath for about 2 minutes if ur constantly movin around and you have big lungs

  5. They did this on Mythbusters..and it is true..you really do not have to be all that deep for bullets to be slowed and deflected by water.

  6. why would you even need to know

  7. well when i did it i lasted a few minuites but i think that had a great deal to do with all the people swiming at the time at at my little bros barmitsva but i do believe that practice makes perfect!!!!!!!! oh and i did

    use a snorkle! i guess i cheated!

  8. Mythbusters did a show on this a while back. Water does a good job of protecting you. you need about 3' of it to do any good though.

  9. A smart shooter would just wait for you to come up, but a smart shooter like me would bring a desert eagle[goes through tank armor] or bring a .22 rifle and shoot you. And a desert eagle can travel a mile before stopping. So the water wouldnt even help.
