Sylvester Stallone is right-handed. Even in the Rocky movies when he is playing a southpaw, he still writes with his right hand. If you want proof watch Rocky 2 when he is in the hospital after the Apollo Creed fight and the nurse asks for his autograph, also in the newer one, when his son's boss asks for his autograph, he signs with his right hand in both cases.

He is right handed. The southpaw in Rocky came about because he tore pec muscles bench pressing and had to have surgery. It was easier that way after having cables installed in his chest. This is true he told this story in either the first or second issue of his magazine called Sly.
