Is taking Supple joint drinks better than just taking Glucosamine/chondroitin supplements?

Yes, I for years took doctor prescribed and then over the counter Glucosamine/chondroitin tablets and there was no change at all.  I still suffered with pains in my joints and fingers.

Back in Mid Nov. 2007 I was introduced to Monavie juice that is a whole food and not a drug- the active formula contains the Top 19 most natural anti-inflammatory fruits in the world along with added liquid Glucosamine. It will make no difference. All the hype about supple is because there is so many glucosamine products on the market, the founder wants to line his bank account. Simply use a product like nature made, or many other fine products on the market.
