  3. It might be. Is the Medical college part of a 'bigger thing'? If the school has a good reputation, it will be a good thing. If it's brand new...I don't know. it depends on the country you live in and their views on it.

  4. If it isn't affiliated with a respected university, yes.  It takes several years for a school to be accredited, and if the school doesn't get its accreditation, your degree could be suspect.

  5. You can't say a risk..but if it is recognized by the indian government then its okay ...ask the college authorities for all that kind of documents to prove themselves..anywayz ...BEST OF LUCK..
