i don't know about you, but i think it's incredibly tacky. picture this convo while talking to your bf/gf;

GF; well, it's just good to hear your voice. i love you!

BF; i love you too, baby *pfffffffft*

GF; what was that?

BF; oh, nothing. *rrriiiiiip*

GF; where are you? i know you're not sick enough to be calling from a bathroom!

BF: oh no! i just...oh god...hold on....*SPLASH* ughhhh...are you there?

look man, i don't care how important you THINK that call you're expecting is, when you go in the bathroom, the cell phone goes OFF....comprende?

i take ppl to pee with me sometimes but i would never for a #2 my ex use to do that and it was gross

Yeah, if you have to be on the phone while taking a dump, you have a problem.  You might qualify for a 12 step program.
